I want to make a confession.

I like coffee.

This may not seem like a huge deal to most of you if coffee is a part of your every morning. However, my journey with coffee is fairly new. It began with my once-a-week coffee dates with a good friend a couple years ago.

And then Student Teaching happened. Early morning commute. Late nights creating lesson plans, and early classes to teach that demanded high energy and enthusasim when I wasn't feelin' it at 8:30am.

Now. Now I nanny at 6:30am or 7:00am. It doesn't help that coffee is just so tastey!!!

So you might wonder why I'm making such a silly little confession. Well. While I enjoy coffee (a lot), I can fairly say that I'm not addicted yet--this is my fear. I will probably have 2 or at the most 3 coffees (usually lattes) throughout the week. (Tim and I have a change jar, but its running dry!!!) I don't want to be addicted, but I also just love it so much.

I need your help. What do you think about coffee? Is it a good thing or a bad thing. Tim and I like to call it the "happy drink." (Sidenote: you should see Tim and caffine!!! It's great!)

Anayways. Glad I got that off my chest :)

Oh my goodness. The summer is almost over...which makes me anxious...I don't have a job yet! While I do enjoy nannying, it is not a career choice. I have a Masters degree people (and I'm really nice!) Please hire me :) Well, a lot of teaching jobs are being posted last minute, as predicted, so there is still hope. Please keep me in your prayers.

Some more summer fun has happened sinced I blogged last. Trip to Eagle Crest (Central Oregon) with the LifeGroup.

Eating lots of watermelon :)

Tim and I treating ourselves to take out at our favorite Thai food restaurant on Alberta Street.

Running with friends then eating a BBQ fish dinner.
Lots of walks to the park.
Applying to jobs.
Riding my bike around Portland.
It's been a wonderful summer and I hate to see it come to an end. But I do love the Fall in Portland. Why am I even talking about this when it's in the mid-90's right now!!!
